get that bread is the Singapore crowdfunding platform built around that idea. Today's funding paths weren't built for them — here's what we did about it.
Polish a deck. Fly to SF. Pitch eight investors back-to-back. Hope you make it through the screen at one of three accelerators. Hope they don't pivot your idea into something more “scalable” before they fund it. Two years and tens of thousands in legal fees later, you've raised money you don't fully own.
Closer to home, friendlier audience. You give up 15–30% of your business at the seed stage. You spend the next decade defending that decision at every board meeting. Your idea is now a deck, a cap table, and a quarterly forecast.
Neither one was built for the person who just wants to make 500 of a thing and sell them.
You list what you're making. The people who want it pre-order it. If enough of them do, the campaign funds and you build it. If not, no card gets charged. Either way, you keep 100% of your equity.
No deck. No dilution. No board. No “scaling vision.” Just an audience that decided your idea was worth funding before you spent six months building it.
One ~30-min form. We aim to review within a week.
Set goal, rewards, timeline. We help tighten the page. Go live.
We hold funds (Stripe), release as you ship each milestone. You keep 95%.
All-or-nothing: if the campaign doesn't hit goal, no card is charged. Full mechanics on How it works →
Why does that matter? Because the global platforms aren't:
PayNow native. The way most Singaporeans actually pay — pledge in seconds, no card digits, no CVC.
Singpass-verified creators. Every creator confirms their identity via Singpass before launching, so you’re not pledging to an anonymous account.
SGD all the way. No currency conversion fees, no FX surprises, no “exchange rate at time of charge.”
Singapore consumer law in your corner. Creators are Singapore-registered and bound by SG law in how they describe and deliver. If something’s misrepresented, you have legal recourse — and our refund and dispute policy usually gets there faster.
A real human you can email. If something breaks, we’ll work to fix it — usually same business day.
I'm Daryl. Singaporean. I've been an idea person for as long as I can remember — small product runs, side hustles, niche things I was sure a few hundred people would pay for.
“Entrepreneurship isn't theory or planning — it's getting out there, putting your idea in front of real people, and actually touching grass.”
But getting out there costs money. So the question was never “is this any good?”, it was “can I justify spending the money to find out?”
That's the wall I'm trying to remove. get that bread is the platform I wish existed when I was figuring out whether my idea would sell — not because someone told me it would, but because real people had backed it. That was the green light to keep building until I'd actually shipped something.
