Report content that infringes your rights.

What to include

Your notice must contain all of the following — incomplete notices will be returned for completion before we can act on them:

• Your name, address, and contact details.
• Identification of the right you claim has been infringed — and, for registered rights (e.g. trade marks, design patents), the registration details.
• The URL or specific location on the Platform of the allegedly infringing content.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of false declaration, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on the rights-holder's behalf.
• Your signature — electronic signature is accepted.

How to send it

Email your completed notice to hello@getthatbread.sg with the subject line IP infringement notice — getthatbread.sg.

The pre-filled email opens in your mail client with the template already populated. Fill in each item and send.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your notice within 2 business days.
• We assess the notice under the Singapore Copyright Act 2021 and other applicable law. While we do so, we may remove or restrict access to the disputed content as a precaution.
• We may forward your notice — including your contact details — to the user who uploaded the content, so they have the chance to respond.
• Repeat infringers are suspended or banned from the Platform under our Terms of Service.
• Knowingly submitting a false notice may result in liability under applicable law.

If you uploaded the content

If we have notified you that your content is the subject of an infringement notice and you believe the notice was sent in error, reply to our email with a written counter-statement explaining why your use is authorised — for example, a licence you hold, fair dealing, or that the notice has misidentified the work. We will consider the counter-statement and, where appropriate, restore the content.
