• When does my card get charged?

  Card-on-file is authorized when you pledge but not captured until the campaign hits its goal. If the campaign fails, you're never charged. PayNow pledges are paid up-front and refunded automatically if the campaign doesn't fund.

• What happens if a campaign doesn't reach its goal?

  All-or-nothing: if the campaign closes below its funding goal, every pledge is refunded in full automatically. Creators don't receive any funds, and there's no platform fee on failed campaigns.

• How does milestone-based release work?

  Funded campaigns release their money to creators across three milestones the creator commits to during setup. Each milestone requires proof submission (photos, links, deliverables) which our team reviews before releasing that tranche. Backers can see milestone progress on the campaign page in real time.

• Is get that bread regulated?

  Reward-based crowdfunding sits outside MAS securities licensing because backers receive rewards, not equity or returns. We're SG-incorporated, Singpass-verified, and operate under Singapore Consumer Protection Act coverage. We're not a payments institution — Stripe handles all payment processing.
